The Transport for London CLOCS Standard is the first industry-led single national standard for work related road safety developed by clients, operators and contractors and supported by local authorities. The involvement of clients has been key to the wide adoption of the Standard. It brings the construction logistics industry together to revolutionise the management of work related road risk (WRRR) and ensure a road safety culture is embedded across the industry. Working together can help protect pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and other road users who share the roads with construction vehicles.
