Since 2006, Buckinghamshire County Council has undertaken a comprehensive package of measures on the A4128 to reduce road crashes as a result of continuous evaluation of risk along the section. The EuroRAP report showed that the route moved from one of Britain’s highest risk roads in 2004 – 2006, to one of the safest and most improved roads from 2007- 2009.
