IHT – Road safety Audit Guidelines
The Institution of Highways and Transportation first published its Road Safety Audit guidelines in 1990 with an update in 1996. They continue this best practice with new RSA guidelines published in 2008. The guidelines have a UK focus however the general principles in the document could be applied across the world.
