Announcing his Premier Award HRHG Prince Michael of Kent said: “The FIA Foundation has focused its energy onto raising the world’s awareness of the vast scale of the road safety problem through its work in influencing governments, through the Commission for Global Road Safety and through its Make Roads Safe Campaign. Without the Foundation we would never had a Moscow Ministerial Conference and certainly no Decade of Action. The Foundation has achieved an outstanding amount. I am therefore delighted that this year my Premier Award goes to the FIA Foundation”.
