The EU Road Safety Exchange
The EU Road Safety Exchenge links road safety practitioners from across the EU and provides a framework for knowledge and good practice exchange to ensure countries have the necessary knowhow and tools to introduce long term reforms in road safety.
Dutch-inspired improvements to cycling infrastructure in Lithuania, harmonised day and night-time urban speed limits in Poland and major new national road safety strategies in Greece and Portugal are some of the changes inspired by the EU-funded Road Safety Exchange project, managed by ETSC.
The pilot has been completed and the second phase of the programme was launched in Brussels on 18 Oct.
