Agilysis – Supporting the UK Road Sector during Covid 19.
With road safety practitioners facing many new challenges during 2020, operating from unfamiliar environments and trying to understand how to continue road safety initiatives, Agilysis set out to support the sector and facilitate continuation of road safety work through a range of measures.
Rapid development of a pioneering Covid-19 response planning tool (activestreets.uk) and over 40hrs of free webinar training, were delivered in the early weeks of lockdown. Backed up by research into the impact of Covid-19 on road safety and the digitisation of a range of road safety resources, the judges felt that this was a timely and effective contribution.
